Her background is in the luxury hospitality, real estate, technology, and health/wellness sectors, where she brings valuable expertise to her clients. Previously, she served as Vice President of Client Experience for a private aviation membership club offering a Boeing 737 aircraft and private charter services between Maui and the U.S. West Coast, where she led sales, marketing, and the end-to-end client journey.

 A skilled connector, Elizabeth creates bespoke lifestyle experiences, specializing in ultra-luxury transportation, including private jets and automotive. She delivers tailored, personalized travel solutions designed to ensure the most exceptional experiences. She serves as a Private Charter Advisor. 

Founder / CEO

David has been innovating at the intersection of transportation, eco-mobility, entertainment, and technology for over three decades. He is a four-time founder and began his aviation career as Head of Entertainment Charter for Sentient Jet. He founded and sold YoungJets, a brokerage specializing in touring and entertainment charters, then co-founded a private members-only service utilizing VIP-configured Boeing 737s for scheduled shuttle service between the West Coast and Hawaii. A passionate advocate of advancements in sustainability, David’s consultancy, YC Solutions focuses on advanced air mobility and has consulted for start-ups like Beyond Aero, building the first electric and hydrogen-propelled business jets.

Beyond his entrepreneurial achievements in aviation, David co-founded the nation's first VIP alternative-fuel ground transportation service and he began his career in the music industry managing artists, where he discovered and guided multiple alternative rock bands to major label success, achieving platinum records, a Billboard Song of the Year award, and over two million albums sold.

Raised in Laguna Beach, California, Sierra began her career in Europe in Monaco, where she sold helicopters and commercial jets to a global clientele. She later moved to Los Angeles to expand Blueberry Aviation (formerly Avinco Ltd.) operations on the West Coast, opening new offices and leading growth initiatives.

Building on her success in aviation, Sierra co-founded a venture capital fund and partnered with her father to establish a medical manufacturing company, further diversifying her entrepreneurial ventures. Now based in West Palm Beach, Florida, Sierra combines her deep expertise in aviation as a Private Charter Broker at YoungAero. Passionate about aviation’s power to connect people and promote global sustainability, Sierra continues to drive innovation and create meaningful impact through her work.
